Henka Visæ was an elder member of The Order, who was responsible for recruiting Mary Asher into the Southern Chapter of the organization. According to the New Jersey Chapter Overseer, he is no longer with The Order. In the Maxwell Archive blog, where Noah Maxwell is posting entries from his cousin Milo's journal, it is revealed that Henka was the Collective member Deadhead's vessel.
