Summary[]
Chris and Alex receive a CD from Greg's older brother Jeff, who compiled the contents of the floppy disks into it. When they insert the CD into Alex's computer, several glitchy pop-ups appear and crash the computer. A frustrated Alex reboots it and demands Chris to call Jeff for assistance. Jeff does not answer. Once Alex logs back on, he notices a file that was not present before. It is a record index, documenting several files from when the Rainwood Day Camp ran during 1998 and 1999, such as attendance lists, equipment requests, and medical forms. They initially find the index useless, but upon further speculation, Chris and Alex notice the camp was in possession of a documentary called "Unsolved Conspiracies". Thinking it is odd for a day camp to carry a documentary with that title, Chris announces he will research more about it.
